I was genuinely blown away by the service at this village; the staff were extremely passionate, especially the employee Karma, whose helpfulness and halal food knowledge stood out. The hotel itself was very elegant, offering great local recommendations that I thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast arrived ready for me, and the restaurant’s view was stunning. The place was quiet, clean, and organized, so if I had no other plans, I would have stayed longer. Any future trip to Switzerland will definitely include this hotel because it covers every aspect.
