The spot by the train station was handy, and the bar across the square was nice. But I found bedbugs in my bunk, crumbs everywhere as if it hadn’t been cleaned since the last guest, a bathroom that smelled strongly of urine, and the pillow and mattress were among the most uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced.

The bed was great and the room was well sealed for privacy. The toilet in my room was dirty because people were urinating over the toilet seat, and the toilet paper was gone—more a guest issue than staff. I reported it at reception but got no follow‑up. The thermostat could be set by guests; someone had it at 28 °C. I think the hotel should set a default of 19 °C to keep it cool for sleep. The shower door was inconvenient, making it hard to get in, especially if you’re bulky.

The location was good, the neighborhood was pleasant (different from the station areas in other cities). The premises were clean and the roof terrace was enjoyable. The showers were hot and fresh. A slight drawback was the limited dishware; there’s only one kitchen and one washing machine for the whole building.
