Located 600 m from Bansko’s gondola lift and 800 m from the town, Mountain Romance Apartments provide studios and apartments with free Wi‑Fi, ski storage, TV, bathrooms (shower or bathtub) and kitchenettes with kettle, microwave, toaster and fridge. Units feature balconies with views. Massage, sauna, steam bath, airport transfers, babysitting, equipment rental and ski‑school services are offered on request for a fee.

The host was extremely friendly and helpful, and the place offered great value for money. The beds were neatly made and the linens and towels were clean, and the apartment itself was spacious and close to the ski lift with free street parking. It could have been cleaner—the floor wasn’t swept and the bathroom needed a deeper clean—but for the single night we stayed, it was acceptable, even though it took a while to reach the town centre.

The staff were friendly, but the studio lacks a dining table and chairs. The kitchen is poorly equipped; there is no pot, pan, or even a kettle for coffee. Water leaks under the sink in the bathroom. The bed creaks, the mattress is uneven and uncomfortable, and the pillows are unsatisfactory. The terrace has only one dirty plastic chair. There is no parking at the property.
