The staff were amazing; Zainit was a fantastic host and chef, and Ielliene was wonderful—nothing better could be asked for. It’s a bit rustic, but that’s part of its charm and grounds you. I would recommend it 100 % and you’ll leave elated with lifelong memories. The only downside is the chickens, but they have a right to live too.

I found exactly what I wanted: a remote island with a very basic yet extremely clean hut at a great price that includes breakfast and like‑minded travelers. The two ladies, Elen and Zanet, make you feel at home from the first minute and give useful travel tips. If you want to snorkel or dive, this is a bonus spot because all diving companies bring their customers here, and you’re free to explore in the afternoon. I also had the best massage in the Philippines ever by Elen. Don’t wait—go now before others discover it. A true refuge in a crazy world; I’ll return when I need to recharge.

“Lovely snorkeling,lovely people”

The staff were fantastic, every meal was delicious, massages great, beds comfy, and the room clean. Snorkeling was amazing, with a walk to the beach and coral reef right there, plus turtles. The noise—karaoke, roosters, hammering—was a problem; we had to leave the resort for quiet. The facilities were rustic, especially the bathroom, and we got wet on the hour‑long boat trip to the island, so bring plastic bags for the return.

If you’re okay with basic gear, this spot is definitely worth it; the snorkeling is stunning, and the hosts make you feel right at home. I liked that the island isn’t saturated with pricey resorts, so it’s a pleasant experience.
