“Nous avons bien Apprécié ce beau séjour à cet endroit…”
The spot is stunning, especially the lighthouse at night overlooking the lovely outdoor terrace. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the staff were super kind. Thank you.
Everything was great. The hotel was very pleasant. There was nothing to complain about.
I stayed during the Grand Prix in Imola, so the rates were several times higher than usual. The hotel offered no extra value for that price. The facilities were outdated, the bathroom leaked, and I could hear every word from the neighboring room; noise from the restaurant and kitchen below also seeped in. The staff were not very helpful. The restaurant was good, but it closed on Sunday when it was supposed to be open. The hotel sits on the main road, 2.5 km from the town center, surrounded only by fields, making it very inconvenient without a car. Breakfast was sparse—just cookies, jam, one type of “bábovka” from the fridge, a single ham‑filled roll per person, and no fruit, vegetables, or other pastries. Upgrading the facilities would be a challenge, but at that price I’d expect at least a decent breakfast. Wi‑Fi worked only in half the room.
The rooms are large. After 12 hours of travel you discover the place is closed, the key is left behind, but there’s no bar or restaurant open. Shopping stops at 20:00, so you end up in bed thirsty and hungry. The skimpy breakfast with just a coffee isn’t enough.
“A cozy stay”
My boyfriend and I stayed the night while the AC/DC concert was happening. The owner, who wasn’t there on Sunday, texted me with directions to the venue even though we already knew how to get there, and she was very sweet. The staff were friendly, the restaurant served tasty food, and breakfast offered mostly sweets and a few sandwiches with plenty of options. The location was remote, parking was ample, and the scenery was beautiful. Inside, the decor was nice and our room felt cozy and styled in an old‑fashioned way. We loved everything!
