The property is situated right by Lion Rock, and there’s a viewpoint on the grounds—a hill offering views of the rock and the surrounding area. The pool is nice, and from the restaurant you can see a lake where cows graze, with peacocks roaming the site. The food at the restaurant was very tasty, and the Family Room includes a lovely balcony. The bathrooms feel dated and are not very functional, and one of the rooms had an unpleasant odor.

Beautiful location with view point of the 2 rocks. The room was large and comfortable, with balcony. Food was excellent, staff friendly, stunning pool overlooking the lake. Electric shower was poor, but the tap shower was excellent and water temp warm enough so did not need the electric shower

The staff were incredibly friendly and the facilities were great, the pool was fantastic and the hotel sits just a stone’s throw from the Roca Lleó. I’d recommend it without hesitation.

One of the best stays we had on our whole trip. The cabana, swimming pool, and the view from the pool were awesome. The most important part is that the food was too good. I’ll give 10/10 for the stay and the food. It’s very close to Sigiriya town and the tourist spots.

The view from the viewpoint stone toward both famous mountains and the little tree house creates a lovely atmosphere, and the food is outstanding.
