Nothing rough about this place. Loud banging, the room was at the back of a pub so it was humming all night with generators, the main entrance smelled like piss outside, and it took 30 minutes to get the code to get in.

Location great, but the information given was wrong, nowhere to leave luggage, only one mug for 2 people, only towels for one person, and the cafe does not exist.

Nothing hot water, the room was not clean, very disappointing.

Good location, easy to access; the room is small but perfect for a quick stay if you are out all day, I would stay here again. Homeless people outside the front door, not the staff’s fault—shower could do with a replacement as it’s difficult to get the correct temp.
