The room and bathroom are very good. The bed is comfortable and new. The bathroom is functional, spacious and convenient. Everything worked pretty well. The property is a 5‑minute drive from the Roseto Capo Spulico seafront, which is handy for those who want to reach the sea quickly. The reception is self‑check‑in; I didn’t meet anyone in person. Some people might like that, but my family prefers a more traditional contact to chat with the manager about local curiosities or recommendations. Breakfast and Wi‑Fi are weak points. Breakfast isn’t available in the room or on site; you can only eat at a partner bar 5 minutes by car. Only a cappuccino and a croissant were offered, and after complaining I got a second coffee on the second day (the first day I paid extra). I would have expected a more substantial and varied breakfast. Wi‑Fi is only mobile‑based, no wired or fiber, slow and sometimes absent. Room access uses a card that must stay in its holder inside the room to keep power on; if it’s missing everything shuts down, including the fridge and AC, which can’t be programmed. The fridge is very small, enough for a couple of large water bottles. I’d suggest the manager, who was always friendly and responsive, to improve these aspects.
