I caught the city bus right into the hotel while I was only staying overnight at Heathrow for a layover. The staff were extremely helpful, especially when I needed an adapter that I hadn’t brought. I wasn’t even planning to stop in England, but they welcomed me warmly and assisted me. No complaints.

The location and staff were great, but the room was extremely noisy—every time a big vehicle passed on the street the room vibrated. On top of that, the bed was quite uncomfortable and the duvet was bad quality. These issues made my night really bad, and I couldn't sleep well.

It was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and considerate. We would definitely visit this hotel again. We are both disabled with mobility problems, and this hotel helped us with its car park being near the front door. Thank you all for your support. 👍👍👍👍👍 Absolutely nothing to complain about. 💯 %
