The hotel had nothing going for it, in my opinion. They didn't provide an extra bed and instead gave me a thin, homemade mattress to sleep on the floor, which was pretty uncomfortable. The staff was also really unhelpful and came across as rude. To make matters worse, the check-in process was super invasive, with tons of security checks and mandatory photo taking - I wasn't too thrilled about my picture being uploaded to some website.

The staff at this hotel really saved the day - they were super supportive and helpful, especially since the hotel didn't have any food available. They went out of their way to provide me with food and anything else I needed, which was really appreciated.

The place was pretty okay, but it was a hassle trying to get in touch with them - they didn't give us a phone number for the facility, and their WhatsApp chat was super slow. I'd send messages, and sometimes they just wouldn't respond.

The location was spot on and the staff were really friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the lift was out of order during my stay. That was a bit of a hassle, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives.
