The staff were very friendly and let us have breakfast a bit earlier because we were heading out the next day. The location is good if you arrive by bus and is close to the bus terminal. We didn’t receive any towels, the soap in the room ran out, and overall the impression was quite disappointing. Even though we were first in line, the breakfast was dull and dry.

The accommodation was very good; it’s a bit far from the city centre but the surrounding urban and commercial area is excellent. There’s a private parking lot at the back. The breakfast isn’t remarkable but it does the job. There are no luxuries, but the place is very well maintained.

I liked the location. The place was very run down. The bathroom was dirty, the door didn’t even close properly, and the shower sprayed everywhere without a pattern even though it was hot. Breakfast was not to our taste; everything was sweet and processed. It was extremely noisy at night with other people partying late, and again early in the morning. We know this is a budget hotel, but we’ve had much better options at this price point. I would not recommend it.

The service, especially from the morning receptionist, was great. The lunch food was lacking.

Even though we arrived very late at night, the staff handled us well. After arrival, the shower water waited but then came out properly. It’s close enough to go straight to the cable car station. The breakfast was poor; there were no warm items, which was really disappointing.
