The dog treats sample made them happy. The futon (closet) had an unpleasant urine smell, which was disappointing.

The hotel was very clean, well designed, and the staff love pets. There were many dog amenities and the rooms were spacious. Nothing to complain about.

I heard someone brought a camera into the women’s large bath, which is a regrettable moral issue—but apart from that, it’s a fine inn when that person isn’t present.

It was my first stay with my dog and we felt safe and enjoyed it, the room was clean and nice. I didn’t eat there this time, so I’d like to try the meals on my next visit. It would be nice to have a small sitting area just outside the bath.

They said the place was great for dogs, and it turned out to be just as good for motorcyclists – I could park my bike right at the ground‑floor entrance. Although there were a few covered spots before, this was the first time I was shown a good indoor area. Besides the front desk, the other staff members greeted me warmly. I have no complaints; the only hiccup was that the hotel’s location was a bit hard to find, but with a GPS now that’s no longer an issue.
