Staff were on point, always ready to help, and the facilities looked clean and well‑kept. Nothing really stood out as a problem during the stay.

The spot is right in the middle of everything and the rooms were spotless; I’d give the breakfast a solid 10/10. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t have our reservation on file and questioned whether we’d actually booked, then asked how much we paid – the tone was off. On top of that, they charged us for beach access even though the area was barely used and looked a bit rough from the cold front.

The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and their service really added to a pleasant stay. The hotel itself is a bit of a drive – about 28 minutes from the historic centre – and it’s on the smaller side, with a limited menu that could use more variety and lower prices.

The place feels cozy and the staff are genuinely friendly, which made the stay comfortable. I didn’t run into any real issues while I was there.
