This resort was a real gem, especially considering it was packed with a wedding and hikers. The staff were absolutely fantastic, handling everything with a smile. There was always something going on, from live music to local activities, and the nearby waterfalls and restaurants were a bonus. It was a bit chaotic at times, but the staff kept everything running smoothly.

This resort really has a one-of-a-kind location - it's right near a stunning waterfall that's within walking distance. The kitchen facilities on site are a bonus, but it's worth mentioning that if you're planning to have the resort cater for you, be sure to let them know ahead of time so they can make the necessary arrangements. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my stay here and couldn't think of a single thing to complain about.

We had a bit of a rocky start at this place, as they'd accidentally let our pre-booked room to someone else. Luckily, it was just a genuine mistake and they made a big effort to put things right. We ended up in their spare room, which was a bit of a compromise - it had one bed instead of two, and no WiFi. But the owners were super friendly and offered us drinks and a refund of 600 pesos from our original 2196.

I was really impressed with the serene atmosphere at this hotel - it was like a little oasis in the midst of the bustling city. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the staff were some of the friendliest I've ever met. One of the staff members even went out of their way to meet us when we got lost on the way to the hotel, which was a huge relief. However, there was one major letdown - the toilet in our room was dripping wet, which was a bit of a bummer.
