I first heard about the hotel when it opened in 2022 and stayed there three times, but the last visit was awful: the front‑desk staff spoke very condescendingly, I arrived after my scheduled departure time in the evening, the staff member was sleeping, and I waited over half an hour to ring the bell. I called via WhatsApp until the staff was awake, and they assigned me a non‑preferred room, saying all rooms were standard. I knew the hotel well and had a prior reservation, but they claimed it was unavailable and told me to book again later. After a few days, I was told there was no room on my new booking except on the first floor, where rooms 2 and 3 were also unavailable. I spoke to the morning staff, explained that I had a reservation six days ahead for five days, and they said “don’t worry, I’ll give you a better room.” They were still rude and unhelpful when I checked out, and the same person was very condescending. I was told the jacuzzi room didn’t work, just hot water, and that was the system. I was also told there was no microwave, and the room had nothing I requested, which was immediately refused. I had to return. The hotel had been good before, but this experience was terrible.

The place was clean and the rooms were spacious with a great view, but the planes nearby kept the noise up.
