Great location, close to the city center, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. However, I did notice that the rooms get some unwanted light at night from a lamp on the balcony that can't be turned off - a curtain helps, but it's not ideal. And there's another window that faces the hallway with no curtain at all.

Unfortunately, the service here is basically nonexistent. That's about it, really - no positives to report.

This hotel really feels like a slice of Europe in Burundi - it's spotless and well taken care of. The restaurant serves up delicious food and the staff are incredibly friendly. I almost forgot I wasn't in the capital, it's that good. What's surprising is that a place of this quality is located in a town that's not even close to the capital city.
