The property was clean and quiet, close to all conveniences. The staff were welcoming and very pleasant. A kettle in the room would be a nice addition.

Overall, the place isn’t bad at all, but it doesn’t really match the resort vibe the name suggests. It feels more like a hostel or a lower‑tier accommodation. I don’t mean it in a negative way, but it felt a bit misleading. The hotel itself has potential, yet it clearly needs better maintenance and more focus on cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms. The toilet was unfortunately very dirty, and the housekeeping standards need serious improvement. At check‑in we didn’t feel particularly welcomed, which was disappointing. The staff need more training.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was okay, but not very clean. Scooters were available for hire on site. Food and drinks on site were very expensive. The location was very far from anything – I had to take a grab to get to a shop.

The place was disgusting, and the bed was damp; I would give it a zero if I could.
