Everything was great, and Claire was amazing. I booked a bit late, but Claire was very friendly, ensured I had everything I needed, and checked on me regularly.

The property was dirty, and the bed was so bad it needed to be thrown out.

I had a bad feeling about this place right away. The rear garden was overgrown with a fox living among the bushes. The bathroom and kitchen were shockingly dirty. I messaged the owner twice asking why she was advertising a property that didn’t meet standards; we’re paying guests and I expect better. The mattress stank and the pillows were awful to sleep on. This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed in—shocking!
