We had a wonderful stay. The host and his wife were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very tidy and spacious enough. The hotel is within walking distance of the metro, and with the Oedoline you can reach many tourist attractions.

Can you really stay in a place like this for this price in Japan? I feel like I hit the jackpot. The owner is incredibly attentive and friendly. The room is huge, spotless, and quiet—absolutely the best accommodation. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from public transport, especially the subway, but it’s only a 10‑minute walk. There’s also a bus about four minutes away, so you can choose whichever works for you.

The room and the entire hotel were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. It is clear that they truly care about their guests and put their hearts into making every stay enjoyable. During my stay in Tokyo, it rained for all four days. Every single day, Mr. and Mrs. Tanaka kindly dried my shoes for me. It was such a thoughtful gesture that I will never forget. The most memorable surprise was that they celebrated my birthday. They gave me a small piece of cake and a beautiful birthday card. It was completely unexpected and made my day so special. Thank you so much for your kindness and thoughtfulness! Thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Tanaka, my stay was truly unforgettable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking not only for a clean and comfortable place to stay, but also for genuine Japanese hospitality

“Relaxing and very comfortable stay in Tokyo.”

The room design was great. The owners were friendly and helpful. They offered lemon tea upon arrival, loaned umbrellas, dried shoes, and provided laundry service! The neighborhood was quiet and nice.
