The location, cleanliness, and staff courtesy are positives. The breakfast is absolutely terrible; it’s not even a 3‑star hotel breakfast. The location is inadequate, and the choice is equally disappointing.

The staff were friendly and the price was good, so for a two‑star rating it’s acceptable. The distance from Carpi is inconvenient because the roads are rather complicated, but that was my mistake in judging the distance.

Everything was great. The staff were super friendly, the bar stayed open until 23:00, the room was comfortable, and the parking was huge. It’s located 3 km from the town. The only issue was the church bell at 7 a.m. ringing loudly.
