Good location and spacious rooms. The door separating the shower area from the bathroom was broken. In the four-bedroom house, there were no bath mats. The shared living area had no air conditioning, and the TV was not working

The food was tasty, the atmosphere pleasant, the rooms clean and the staff and housekeepers were charming, but the water‑play area should open from the morning rather than later, and the staff need to remind guests about the coupon at the service point.

The water area was great for kids and anyone who wants to splash, but the facilities and the rooms felt a bit shabby

The bed was soft and comfortable, while the front‑desk team of two was split – one was helpful, the other seemed to sigh when I asked for directions and no one pointed me to the room; additionally, the bathroom drained very slowly

The location was great, but the bed felt old and had no springs.
