This was my first visit to Songkhla and it turned out to be a very good experience; we love the hotel and the lake view is amazing. Breakfast is simple but sufficient, and I was surprised to find matcha available. The hot chocolate was also good. The staff are very nice, the hotel is comfortable and clean, and there’s no odd smell. The amenities are good, and we hope to return.

The location is superb, right in the heart of Songkhla Old Town, surrounded by nice architecture and great food.

The front of the hotel faces the street while the back overlooks the sea, offering various room layouts and designs; breakfast is simple but tasty. However, the seaview room gets much hotter because the sun shines directly through the glass wall, and the air‑conditioner was faulty and not cold. I reported it, but the staff member spoke little English, called someone on her phone, then left without explaining; apparently the AC had to be set to 23 °C. We asked for a room change but all rooms were booked. At night, water dripped from the air‑conditioner while we slept.
