I booked a decent hotel for the price I paid, in the location I needed, and the room was spacious. However, I specifically requested a room with two beds and received confirmation, yet when we arrived around 11 pm we were handed a double bed. The reception was empty, no one answered the phones, and the guard who had the key couldn’t help. We ended up staying in the room they gave us, which was extremely inconvenient. The next morning I told the staff at reception about this, but they were indifferent and didn’t even try to apologize.

“Ужасно,не стоит этих денег”

The location was fine. I booked for 4–5 November, but at 9 pm only the guard handed me the keys. The room had no hot water, no slippers, no spoons (though there was a kettle and cups), and no heating. The air‑conditioner didn’t work, and the TV remote was useless. Still, they charged me the full price.

The staff were very friendly, and I could use the gym, pool, and sauna for free during my stay. The room was large with big windows. The place isn’t in the city center, but it’s easy to reach by taxi. It wasn’t spotless, though.

A good hotel for a one‑to‑two‑night stopover. In hot weather the pool is exactly what you need!
