The manager was very friendly, discreet and just cool. The place is very simple and lacks any luxury, I was alone that day, and the only other visitor was a Dutch cyclist climbing the Gothard Pass to reach the Rhône springs.

I’ve stayed here twice now and it’s unlikely to be my last visit; the host was attentive, the dinner was lovely with a special vegetarian option for me, the atmosphere felt like family, we shared experiences and exchanged ideas, I really appreciated the stay, it was very clean, and the location is perfect for bike‑packers.
