“Great location with fantastic, attentive and friendly staff”

The bedroom was spotless and impressively spacious, with plenty of storage and all the necessary amenities; breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide selection that varied daily for even more variety, and the breakfast staff were outstanding. On one occasion, the chef went out of his way to prepare a special hotcake breakfast for our 16‑month‑old daughter, which delighted her. The location was superb, just a very short walk from el Angel de la Independencia. The only drawback was the constant noise from the corridor outside the bedroom door each night, caused by other residents; if the doors were more soundproof, I would have given a higher score.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was good, and the area was fairly calm despite heavy traffic outside; the breakfast was varied and good, and the rooftop pool was a plus. However, the beds were far too soft and cramped, and the air‑conditioning was loud.
