The hotel features free WiFi, 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Rooms have air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, satellite channels, and private bathrooms with baths. A restaurant serves Japanese and Western buffet breakfast, and vending machines, including a microwave, are available on the ground floor.

The front desk staff were friendly and approachable, but the housekeeping left a lot to be desired; this is the first time I've had such a problem while staying at APA locations in Japan.

The price was cheap, but there was no coin laundry inside the hotel, the air‑conditioner turned off when I left the room so it was hot when I returned, and the fridge wouldn’t run when I tried to chill a drink.
