“It’s a nice place but not perfect yet.”
The rooms look decent, but the staff could focus more on the décor. The bathroom was a mess; my wife had to scrub the tub before she’d even consider using it.

Everything was fine, yet I still haven’t gotten my $50 cleaning fee back. We checked out at 9:30 am early, the room was spotless and the bed made, but the refund never arrived.

The location was convenient, right on the way to our destination. Unfortunately, the mattress we saw the next morning was moldy.

What I saw online matched the reality. Roaches were everywhere, the beds smelled like urine, and I had to change sheets several times, yet roaches still appeared. The sheets were never cleaned properly and the pillows had spots; the smell was like piss. They kept moving me to a back room, and I felt unsafe alone. It was absolutely ridiculous and appalling—I was disgusted and had to leave for the next‑door hotel because the rooms were so bad, and I couldn’t get a refund.

There was nothing good; the rates don’t match the accommodation because there’s no microwave or fridge, and the air‑conditioning stuck at a scorching 80 °F despite the hot weather.
