The hotel sits right by the train station and is practically on the Como border, which made getting around a breeze. Everything I needed was within walking distance, so I didn’t have to worry about transport.

The place has a down‑to‑earth vibe and the staff were genuinely helpful. I ended up eating late at the on‑site restaurant and they treated me nicely, which is a plus in a town like Kiasso where there aren’t many lodging options and the station is close. The only drawback was the food smell hanging around the entrance – I didn’t mind it, but anyone sensitive to strong aromas might find it off‑putting, and the building itself feels a bit dated.
