The location and communication were fine, everything else was good. The room was beautiful and clean, but it was extremely damp—breathing was hard because of the moisture! If you have asthma, keep that in mind. In the morning the bathroom floors were wet from the dampness. I wanted to drink hot tea in the evening, but the tap was downstairs, and the water was almost cold.

Perfect location for walking to the center of Barolo, yet still quiet and with convenient parking. The rooms are new, well‑maintained and super clean. Francesca and Elisa are more than friendly.

Very clean and modern! Parking on the private grounds within the fence is possible. Host Francesca was also very friendly.
