The place was extremely clean and spacious, with all the facilities you’d expect. Towels and bathrooms were spotless, and the staff were all very cute. The cat named Jiradech was adorable, walked in to hand us a freebie, kept an eye on me while I read, and even dropped by before we left – I almost wanted to take him home! The only downside was the constant traffic noise from the nearby road, but it was tolerable, and there was a restaurant in front that added a bit of chatter. Overall, it felt like a cozy family spot rather than a quiet retreat.

I liked the bed, the quiet of my room, and the location. The photo in the listing is from across the street, which is the best part of this booking. First, there’s no shuttle—only a taxi, and I had to detour to catch it, then sit in traffic for a long time. Second, breakfast isn’t on site; the bar/restaurant Nextdoor offers it. Third, there’s no TV, and the room doesn’t have an attached bathroom; the sign says “for my rooms use,” so I had to leave the room, lock the door, go to the shared bathroom, and return. Fourth, no one was at reception when I arrived at 6:30 pm, so I had to take a taxi because the 24‑hour reception claim was false. I was lucky the lady in the cake house next door handled the check‑in; the receptionist was never seen, and the next day I saw someone cleaning but they weren’t very welcoming. There was a sign with a number to call, but when you arrive expecting a receptionist, that’s not helpful. Finally, there were no snacks or coffee; only two packets of instant coffee in a hot upstairs dining area, no fruit or anything else.
