The spot is absolutely gorgeous – the views are just unbeatable. I loved waking up to that scenery every morning. The only thing that kept me from giving it five stars was the lack of proper cleaning supplies and a decent cleaning area. Otherwise, a perfect location.

The fire was the highlight of the stay; it made the evenings feel really cozy. The TV, however, was dead and didn’t work at all, which was a bit disappointing but not a deal‑breaker. All in all, the fire made up for the missing entertainment.

The cottage is nicely decorated and sits in a quiet spot, which was a nice change of pace. On the surface it looked clean, but it really needed a deep clean, and there were no supplies nearby – you had to drive out for anything. Finding the place was a nightmare at night; the gate sign was vague and directions were unclear. With a proper breakfast option and clearer signage, it could be a lot better.

The bed was super comfy and the night sky view from the cabin was beautiful – watching the stars through the window was really relaxing. Unfortunately, the cabin didn’t live up to the price: the barbecue was broken, the stove’s pots and pans were filthy, and the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. We also ran out of firewood quickly and the bathtub was grimy. Not worth the cost in my opinion.

There was absolutely no warm welcome – the place was pitch dark, the rooms were freezing, and the only bathroom facilities were outside with concrete‑floor showers. It felt like a dreadful, uninviting dump with no lights or human touch. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
