I had a great stay at this hotel, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I'm ever in Iowa City. The experience was positive, and I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I'm looking forward to staying here in the future.

My stay at this hotel was a complete disaster from the start. The staff was incredibly rude, and they attempted to charge my card before I even checked in, despite choosing to pay at the property. I had to deal with them trying to block my card, and they even called the police, claiming I hadn't paid, before eventually canceling my reservation and refunding my money. It was a chaotic and frustrating experience.

While the hotel had some positives, such as quiet heating and a comfortable bed, there were also some issues that detracted from my stay. The hallways needed a makeover, and the main area could have used a good cleaning. Additionally, my room was quite dark, and the toilet was dirty.

“Great service and luxurious room. But very noisy”

I appreciated the stovetop in the room, but unfortunately, the noise level was a major issue, making it difficult for me to sleep.
