No breakfast, no bed! The hotel was permanently closed and we weren’t notified until check‑in time—this needs to improve. Everything else was terrible.

The location is convenient and easy to get in and out of town. The experience was awful: I was double‑charged, paying 183.07 twice for a single night even though I had already paid in full. The hotel charged me again directly. When I arrived, I couldn’t self‑check‑in; the receptionist, who was extremely unhelpful, worked on her computer despite my repeated requests until the self‑check‑in finally succeeded. The duplicate charge probably happened then. When I later contacted the hotel, they denied charging me. The digital key didn’t work, so I was stuck with all my luggage outside my room for almost an hour until I got the real key. Another guest had the same problem, and no one seemed to care.

I discovered the hotel was already closed a week before our arrival on Thursday, and I had to inform booking.vom that evening myself; honestly, I don't see why a review is necessary.
