My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, with a comfortable bed that provided a great night's sleep, easy transportation options nearby, and a friendly staff that made me feel right at home. The flexible check-in time was also a welcome bonus.

I was initially impressed by the spacious room and working air conditioning, which made my stay quite enjoyable. However, things took a turn for the worse when the receptionist told me that there were no rooms available, despite the fact that I could see vacant rooms on the booking platform. This was not only frustrating but also raised some serious concerns about the hotel's communication.
