The room was spacious, with a hot shower. The view was pretty and the side table worked well. The side kitchen also had useful items. The air‑conditioner/heater was far from the bed, and the location was a bit far (15 min) from the main activities.

The host was incredibly helpful, attentive, and courteous. They paid great attention to hygiene, cleanliness, and the care of the spaces. A small breakfast corner inside the property was provided, complete with a coffee machine and snacks, and there was also the option to have breakfast at a partner bar.

The guest house was wonderfully small, with only six rooms. The staff were attentive and welcoming, offering great restaurant recommendations nearby. The rooftop terrace was very pleasant and relaxing. The place was very clean, with an updated bathroom, and the coffee shop breakfast nearby was wonderful. The location was ideal—close enough to points of interest yet far enough to stay serene and quiet.

The street was very quiet, close to Barnaba and the Accademia, and the landlady was very friendly. The room was modern and comfortable, and there was access to a roof terrace. The breakfast voucher was unnecessary; it was for a nearby café that was far from the best breakfast option available. Breakfast in Venice is cheap, so it’s better to choose yourself.
