I have no positives to mention. I am handicapped and the elevator was broken. I told the front‑desk lady I couldn’t climb stairs because of my disability, but she didn’t care, was VERY rude, refused to give us a lower room, and seemed more interested in arguing with a man. She even threatened to call the police. This was the worst hotel experience ever! I asked for a discount and corporate info and was denied.

The women at the front desk when we checked in at 2:30 was NOT and I told her make sure you don’t charge for the room because I already paid for it through Booking .com She said she didn’t do it that she only process the deposit of $100 but I told her she pushed the amount for the room.i believe the mgr nam was Felix Asian man and he didn’t know. The next day Saturday Oct 3 I went to the desk and it was a different women because the women on Friday who did this told me she would be off. So I let her know what happen on Fridays check in and she said in front of the manager who was there from Friday that it was the women on Friday that did the over charge. And the mgr did not say anything. If this women does this how many people don’t check there bill and others are getting over charged for there stay. We will never stay there again
