“It was okay.”
Location. Service from the desk and restaurant staff.
I booked for my son and his new wife; they were very, very pleased with everything. You made their night very special… Thank you.
“All in all was fine glad we had a nice place to stay but a little more communication would be nice”
The pool was enjoyable and the rooms were pleasant, but I was overcharged and ended up double‑booking a room; nobody reached out to help me resolve it.
“facilities were great/clean and welcoming; location central and we enjoyed the pool”
The location had many local eateries and coffee cafés, and a light rail right outside the door! Parking was terrible—hard to get from the front door to the parking entrance, the lot had narrow turns and few spots.
I was thrilled with the lodging and the warm welcome; the staff treated me kindly and the room was top‑class for a reasonable rate.
