The location at the lake’s heart was gorgeous, far enough from other resorts to feel secluded. The staff were fantastic, fixing a pipe in our bungalow right away. The young tour guide was superb and made everything comfortable. The meals were excellent, served as a set menu that was a pleasant surprise each time. There were always enough kayaks and the tours were lovely. Nothing to complain about.

The staff were very pleasant and always attentive. The location is unbeatable, the scenery… The room size is very good. It needs more maintenance and cleaning. The accommodation isn’t cheap for Thailand, and I expected better cleanliness and less cramped facilities.

The location is amazing—remote and beautiful. The bungalows had massive beds, mini fridges, and a lovely outdoor seating area with direct access to the pool. Some confusion over meals and activities was quickly resolved, and the food turned out to be fabulous. We enjoyed swimming, kayaking, and two boat trips, spotting wild elephants and langurs on the morning excursion.

The scenery is great, the staff is amazing, and especially the tour guide makes a difference!!! We don't think we should stay there for more than one day.
