Overall, the experience was great. We were upgraded to a room at no extra charge, and it was HUGE and VERY CLEAN! The staff were friendly. The downside was that it was a corner room with almost all glass, so we could hear every single car and noise all night long.

I love how clean the property is and how close it is to stores and the market.

When we arrived, there was no microwave in the room, although I later learned that one could have been brought if I had asked.

The location was great. The lighting in the room was inadequate and too dark for us. The bed was too soft. Wall air conditioners were noisy and blew cold air directly at the person sleeping nearby. Also, the scrambled eggs at breakfast tasted like cardboard.

The location is great for shopping and dining. The only things I didn't like were the lack of complimentary toiletries—no shower cap, lotions, extra soap, no bag for the ice bucket, and no extra bags for trash.
