The location was quiet and the family was very welcoming; the homemade breakfast was excellent, a nice change from buffet options.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well managed; the pool was lovely and refreshing, and the river view was fantastic at night with lantern boats and during the day with fishermen – we loved our stay.

Breakfast was fresh and could be enjoyed inside or outside; the fruit and yoghurt were delicious, the location was great and walking into the night markets was easy, and borrowing bikes was a bonus; the service was fantastic, helpful yet unassuming; the pool was lovely and the view from the sun loungers overlooking the river was a treat; the hotel was spotless, and there was nothing I didn’t like about it.
