Everything was perfect. Nothing, except two cranky single ladies who ruined our breakfast for us, but the Riad had nothing to do with it!

“Enjoyable stay at a good price”

The staff and service were great, the location was ideal, and the value for money was very good with a decent breakfast and an average room. We had a wonderful time during our 3‑night stay. The service standards were excellent. Reda was our main point of contact for everything and explained the layout of the Medina so well that we didn’t need a guide to visit all the places. We didn’t meet Fatima, but she was always available on WhatsApp and helped us with travel beyond Fez. Our room was old and cramped. It was on the top floor, so we had to climb narrow stairs, but on the upside, we had easy access to the rooftop terrace for nice views. The Wi‑Fi was patchy.

The place is gorgeous and full of character. The family owners make you feel instantly at home. The breakfast spread was huge, the beds were very comfortable, and the terrace offers a stunning view over the medina.

“Très beau Ryad en plein cœur de la médina”

The location in the Medina was great. The bathroom access in our room required climbing a staircase that was a bit too steep.
