The staff member Muhallaf was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful—he made the entire stay fantastic.

“Hôtel très bien situé mais pas si vous voulez du calme”
The hotel is very well located in the lively city center with a great rooftop, and the beach is just a two‑step walk away, which is very pleasant. The staff are very friendly and available at all times. One of our rooms was filled with mosquitoes (about thirty of them) and one of the towels was dirty, so we had to ask for a room change, which was done the next day. In the other room, despite the cleanliness, we found a cockroach, which the staff quickly resolved. That room also faced a busy street, and the noise—music, dogs, cars—was constant; the windows did not block the music at all. We were told the music would stop at 9 PM, but it continued every night until at least midnight.
The staff were very kind, the room was spotless, and the location was ideal; the air‑conditioning worked perfectly. We had an issue with the shower at first, but after asking for help it was fixed in 10 minutes. I strongly recommend staying here.
It’s absolutely worth the money and the location is excellent for anyone traveling and staying in Arugam Bay.
