The room was clean, but the breakfast cost 300$ a night and we couldn't get any eggs; no eggs were available, and the muffins were also gone. At the reception they said there were none at 9:00 am, and even later there were still no muffins. The breakfast area was dirty and poorly kept, which is unusual for me; I travel to 2‑star hotels in Cuba and they’re cleaner than this. At 300$ a night, be reasonable and make sure you never run out of eggs!

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. A very loud party in the room opposite kept us from sleeping almost all night, and despite several calls and two trips to reception, the noise continued until about 5 am. The most alarming part was the contradictory information, little intervention, and an open hotel access door in the middle of the night. We didn’t feel safe at all, especially with the staff’s inaction and lack of follow‑up. The sheets smelled bad and the room wasn’t maintained during our stay. Very disappointing; we do not recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious enough for a family of 3‑4 with two queen beds, and free parking was available on site. Several restaurants were nearby, including a McDonald’s right next to the hotel. Breakfast offered many options, including hot items like sausage, eggs, baked potato, and even a waffle maker! A free coffee and water dispenser was near the breakfast area. The hotel is quite far (about 20‑25 min drive) from downtown Quebec City and Old Quebec. I booked two rooms and the AC controller in one didn’t work well, so setting the temperature was difficult, though it was still comfortable enough to sleep at night. Housekeeping was inconsistent; some days no service was done. I didn’t check whether daily housekeeping was offered during booking, so it may have been my fault.
