The pool was great, but the bed covers were dirty, the TV remote was missing, and one of the towels was unclean. The staff, especially the young girl who helped, did what they were told but we couldn’t blame her; the owner was also unhelpful. They didn’t provide toilet paper, so we had to ask for it.

The swimming pool was clean and nice, but the room was poorly organized, the TV didn’t work, and the Wi‑Fi connection failed. I was not refunded even though I reported the issue promptly.

The place was neat, yet the TV was broken, there were no glasses or cups for water, no kettle or plates, the sheets were old, and there was no light in the bathroom.
