Goodish location if you have a car. 1/2 hr from cadillac mountain or bar harbour. Needs updating. Not enough power sockets. Asked the lady who checked us in about the island explorer and where to catch it and she was u helpful

The house is beautiful, with unique décor and nice amenities like a small library with games and a fireplace, plus a small honor bar. Breakfast, served 8‑9:30 am, was fruit and granola with a different hot breakfast each morning, freshly cooked. The breakfast room is lovely and the food was delicious. The only downside is that the ocean view is partial because two properties stand between the house and the waterfront. There’s a main house and a smaller house next to it. We stayed in a small room with a king bed in the Rose Annex. Our “balcony” was actually a small porch that faced the building behind the annex, and the water could only be seen to the side. It would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room, but I’m not sure where they would put it because the room is very small.
