The location and private beach were great, yet the buffet was limited, the bar staff at Luna Palace were unhelpful and wouldn’t serve us until we had to call a manager who finally obliged; the bathtub had a broken tile and the drain took a long time to clear the water.
“A Great Location, But Facilities and Amenities Were a Letdown”
The hotel's location, with its stunning beachfront view, was a major highlight of my stay. However, the facilities were a letdown, with dirty rooms that weren't cleaned daily, a lack of basic amenities like TVs and coffee makers, and a meager supply of toiletries. The internet connection was slow and unreliable, and the hotel's restaurants failed to meet their promised hours of operation. To make matters worse, the hotel's room service was non-existent, and the phone in my room didn't even work.

I liked the beach, but the whole building was a mess, the bed was uncomfortable, the staff were distracted, they didn’t give directions, the food was bad, and there was no space to relax by the beach or pool.
