“Schönes Hotel in L‘Aquila”

I stayed in a very nice and still brand‑new hotel, with a lovely room on the 3rd floor overlooking the Fontana Luminosa. The décor was modern, spacious, and featured a wooden floor, while the bathroom was also contemporary with a large, impressive shower. I was pleased that my request for an allergen‑friendly, quiet room was honored. The Wi‑Fi was fast and reliable. Breakfast offered everything needed to start the day, was beautifully presented, fresh, and of high quality. The staff were friendly and polite, spoke excellent English, and Federica was especially helpful, arranging a taxi from the train station to the hotel. Walking from the hotel, you quickly reach the pedestrian zone, sights, numerous restaurants and cafés, boutiques, and shops. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the air‑conditioning in the part of the 3rd floor where my room was, which could not be resolved during my stay. The first night was uncomfortable, and on the second night I had to change rooms, ending up on the 4th floor with a side view of a side building instead of the fountain. The front‑desk staff were very helpful and friendly, tried to solve the problem that night, ultimately handled it customer‑friendly, and offered me an aperitif with accessories, which I appreciated. If I ever return to L'Aquila, I will choose this hotel again. If the air‑conditioning problem had not existed, even though it was compensated, I would have given a perfect score.

The hotel is excellent and in a great location. We also dined at the restaurant, which I recommend.

La posizione! Vicina al forte spagnolo e al centro della città. Il bagno della camera era davvero troppo piccolo!
