The accommodation is western‑style, comfortable, and clean, located in a central part of Phan Rang. The local area has many restaurants nearby, the night market is a 5‑minute walk, and there is a coffee shop on the ground floor next door. Keen walkers can explore the local beach and central park area, and the Cham Tower – Phan Rang (Panduranga) is 10 minutes by Grab taxi. The room was spoiled by noise from the karaoke bar across the street; please install new double windows to block the sound.

“An inexpensive hotel with facilities as advertised.”

A tidy, small hotel that’s quiet. It’s near night markets and coffee shops, and local restaurants and cafés are reasonably close too. It sits halfway between the historic monument in Thap Cham and the beach in the opposite direction. I liked that it’s far from tourist crowds, and there was nothing else to criticize.

The new hotel has good facilities and a great location, with a view of a nice lake. The beach is 2.5 km away.

The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff were friendly, and the location was excellent. I’ll definitely come back.

“Personal sind nett”

I stayed near the market and enjoyed a nice view, and the room was spacious. However, the room was dirty, the curtain was filthy, the hallway carpet was grimy, the breakfast served was wrong, and I couldn’t order any additional food.
