Wonderful customer service, a clean room, an excellent location, and a delicious breakfast! The shower in our room leaked, and the hallway outside room 310 also leaked.

The view of the beach was great, but the parking access doors from floor 2 were deteriorated.

The room felt like a studio apartment and I loved it, but the outside area of the building needed a good cleaning. Ice machines on all floors were not working, so I had to go up three floors for ice. It would also be nice if guest laundry were free.

Beachfront. The room had a oder that wasn't pleasant, the bedroom should be closer to the widow for the view and sound you want while at the beach

The place was basic, but the lamps in the bedroom were broken, the bathroom sink leaked, and the AC made a noise. The TV in the main room wasn’t even mounted on the wall, and the channel list was nowhere posted, so we assumed it was broken. The maintenance guy didn’t speak English, so we had no idea what was happening.
