I couldn't understand all the glowing reviews; the host was not welcoming, especially after we had to point out repeatedly that there was no hot water for showers. Breakfast portions were tiny and the service was awful. Anything besides tea and filter coffee cost extra. The rooms were old and worn out. I can't recommend this place.

The staff were great, friendly, and welcoming, and breakfast was fantastic; the restaurant also serves delicious dishes in the evening. However, our room was advertised as having a mountain view, yet it actually looked out onto a partially built building. The poolside bar stayed closed for the whole of our stay, which was disappointing.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay: everyone on the team was friendly and helpful, and Elini made us feel especially welcome. Our ground‑floor junior suite had a spacious terrace, a spotless room, very comfortable beds, plenty of sockets, a separate toilet and shower, a sink in the bedroom corner with a full‑length mirror behind it, plus a coffee machine, kettle, and hairdryer. The pool area was clean and always had enough sunbeds. The pool bar was closed during our visit, which was understandable since we were there at the end of the season. Breakfast was tasty, offering five Greek‑style options, and we also dined at the hotel in the evening, where the food was excellent. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable and comfortable, and we felt very welcome. The only downside was the lack of practical storage for clothes: there was one open hanging rail and four cupboard shelves, but one shelf was occupied by the coffee machine and kettle, another by the safe, and the third was too high to use easily. This left very little room for unpacking, so extra shelving or drawers would have been helpful.

The surroundings were quiet and the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the room didn’t match the photos, especially the bathroom (see photos). I was a bit disappointed. The shower was awkward; once you shower, the bathroom becomes completely wet. The bed was a little too hard for me.
